Shipping Policy

Customized stitching orders may require additional 12 to 15 business days for completion.
Stitched orders are made to order. The making of the product begins the next business day from when the advance payment of order is received.
We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.
For Cash on Delivery (or COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address.

For Pakistan & International Clients: 6 Weeks Unstitched & 15-21 weeks for Stitched Articles

Outside Pakistan: DHL
Shipping Charges:
- Within Pakistan: Free Delivery on all orders.
- Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination.
Courier?
We are primarily using Leopards Courier for Pakistan and DHL for international orders but it is dependent on the efficiency of the courier. In case there are some unexpected delays in one provider we may switch to another option to ensure minimum delivery time and maximum value to our customers.

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Parniyaan has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
